My second stay and again superb. Huge and fully equipped apartments supported by a friendly reception team. This is 'home away from home', and I am talking luxury end here. When my girlfriend woke up in the penthouse she thought she was on a yacht!

I had a large, fully equipped suite with full open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus two bedrooms both with en suite bathroom. Effectively it was a well proportioned, well furnished and very comfortable serviced apartment. I was staying on my own and really enjoyed the space available rather than being confined to a small city hotel room. The cost was equivalent to a three star hotel and was thus excellent value. The price included a reserved secure parking bay which is a big benefit in Cape Town city centre.
Not much. The area is quite noisy in the evening given the proximity to the main city entertainment district. The reception/concierge service is minimal but not necessary given the nature of the accommodation. No restaurant or bar but again this is not necessary given the location and the facilities in the suite.

The staff and service were fantastic. The rooms are well appointed.
The location is very noisy, with music going on until 5am sometimes. I was moved to a quieter room, but it was by no means quiet. This is a good location for nightlife, but not ideal if you are there for business.

Stunning apartment, maintained to an extremely high standard. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the location was extremely convenient for access to the lively Long Street area.

The apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable with superb views of Table Mountain. The staff were immensely helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble and the cleaning and refresh service was flexible (when we slept in til afternoon!) and comprehensive. Proximity to the lively Long Street was another bonus. I would definitely stay again.
The only downside was the lack of full reception facilities beyond eraly evening.

Excellent staff. Beautiful suites.
It was close to Long Street, which is noisy. The one bedroom facing Long Street did not have appropriate windows for the level of noise.

Beautiful apartment, stunning view, well equipped.
The noise penetrating the double glazed windows from the Long Street parties is unbelievable. The only way you will sleep is with very good ear plugs. If you like to party from 7pm to 4am this is the place for you. If not, rather book elsewhere.

The check in process was very quick and efficient. The unit was homely and neat kitted with all your home comforts such as a washing machine, dryer, dvd player and cd player. Excellent location and parking facilities.
Because of its location alongside busy streets, the noise could become a problem. The geyser in the cupboard added to the heat in the room which not even the ceiling fans could ease.

Location
Very noisy, due to a couple of night clubs (live music) right next door. Impossible to sleep with windows open. No air conditioning.

It is a little bit noisy on saturday night because of the night clubs.
